- Eat 6 meals a day rather than over eating at 3 meals per
day. The more your body snacks the less likely it is to store fat. The less you eat your body will not know
when the next meal is coming so will store fat.
- When doing cardio it should be short and intensive
exercise - Dependant on your fitness level, so clear this with the doctor or personal trainer first. As
examples these are ideas of what you can do

- On the running machine walk slowly for 2

- Get your stats tested, for body fat percentages, overall
weight and get a personal trainer to measure your progress.
- Do overall workouts mixing your body parts - but try and
train for 45mins max - three times a week. Any more than 45 minutes and you will star to burn muscle which is
not what you want.
- Keep at it - you will see gains within 1 to 2 months and
if you stay on top of things and don't give up.
