Quick Ways To Lose Belly Fat

It is not often a lack of enthusiasm neither but more of a lack of evidence into what works or not. Generally most people will think that in order to lose belly fat that you should first start with abdominal workouts. It doesn't matter whether that is crunches, using an ab roller, or any other form of ab exercise.

So what are the quick ways to lose belly fat

  • Eat 6 meals a day rather than over eating at 3 meals per day. The more your body snacks the less likely it is to store fat. The less you eat your body will not know when the next meal is coming so will store fat. 
  • When doing cardio it should be short and intensive exercise - Dependant on your fitness level, so clear this with the doctor or personal trainer first. As examples these are ideas of what you can do 
    • On the running machine walk slowly for 2 minutes, then jog for 2 minutes, then every minute turn the heat up and sprint for 30 secs, turn it down, then sprint again. Do this for as long as you are comfortable with and your body will act like it doesn't know when you will stop and consequently burn the belly fat. 
    • You can also do a similar thing just by walking, but speed up and raise the incline as you go. Or on the bike cycle, sprint, cycle sprint. 
  • You should only need to do the above for 10mins three times a week and you should see some good reduction in your body fat. 
  • Get your stats tested, for body fat percentages, overall weight and get a personal trainer to measure your progress. 
  • Do overall workouts mixing your body parts - but try and train for 45mins max - three times a week. Any more than 45 minutes and you will star to burn muscle which is not what you want. 
  • Keep at it - you will see gains within 1 to 2 months and if you stay on top of things and don't give up.
