get abs in a week then you are leaving it very late I'm afraid my
friend.

I have been trying for years in the gym and
know from experience that concentrating on doing ab crunches, exercise balls and other ab workouts
that it is not the best method to get abs.
Let me ask you a question. How long have you
been trying to get abs for? What have you done in order to get them? 50 sit ups a day, just think
about it for a second and then work out how much effort you have put in.
Do you think you have put in enough effort to
get great abs. Yeah you probably have, but is it the right effort?

This is really the fatal mistake that most people make when
trying to get abs fast. They
jump into it without any knowledge of what will work or not. Well I can tell you what will work and that is
reducing your body fat in the first place.
If your a normal person your body fat is probably above 20%
which if you compare that to most of the models in the magazines who's body fat is around 6% is it any wonder
that we don't all have abs.
Getting your body fat to 6% is probably not a sensible idea
neither but getting your body fat to the right level for your body weight and stature is something you should
really concentrate on. Have you had your body stats taken? If not then I suggest you get a move on and get it
done.
Another mistake people make is thinking that cardio will also
reduce your body fat quickly. Well it doesn't work that way neither. As cardio will burn fat or energy when
you are doing it but as soon as you stop your body stops burning the fat too.
Okay okay so now you want to know how you can get abs in a week or at least in
the shortest time possible heah. Oriet well here you go
- You need to turn your body into a fat burning furnace and get
your metabolism going. Which means high intensity workouts along side some good weights. So try
these

- When your on the running machine rather that just
jogging laboriously for 20 minutes. Turn your time down to 10 minutes. Walk for 2 minutes - then
jog for the next 2 minutes. Then when you get to 4 minutes - Turn the heat up and sprint for a
minute - then back to walk for a minute - then sprint for a minute. You can also turn up the
incline as you get used to this to make the resistance heavier. This will burn more fat and will
show your abs in no time.
- Rowing machine a great one for burning fat fast. Row
on a steady level around 5 to about 6 minutes. Then increase the resistance to what your
body can take and see how long it takes you to row 1000m as fast as you can. You should be aiming
to do this in under 4 minutes. Don't worry if you can't but see how hard your body is pushed
doing this. Again if your looking for how you can get abs in a week this will

- If you were sensible and watched the video above all the way through then you will
know that you can eat pretty much what you want to eat when your metabolism is fired up. I don't
mean eat McDonald's for every meal but you can certainly indulge when you want to - If you follow
the simple rule below.
- Eat six meals a day. Yep in order to increase your metabolism you want to feed your
body with more food not less. The mistake most people make is eating three meals a day but eating
a lot within the portions. Some people may even miss breakfast. Well don't if your body knows it
is getting fed then it won't store fat. The longer you leave your body hungry the more fat it
will store in case it needs it for later on.
Okay so now lets look at the exercises to get your metabolism pumping
There are quite a few rules when it comes down to your training regime. This is not an absolute
idea of everything you can do but more some basic principles. If your struggling to get anywhere or have a
